I am very underweight. How do I gain weight with a low fat tolerence (ability to digest fats) and fatty liver disease? I already eat alot of complex carbs.

High-Calorie Dairy Alternatives ​Traditional Ayurvedic weight gain heavily relies on whole milk and Ghee.
