i have Vata Pitta prakriti type, i am not able to gain weight, i am 30 years old female, height 155cm and weight 47Kg, tell me what to include in my diet so I gain weight, from my observations, i have very strong appetite and digestive fire, and i cant stay empty stomuch for long time, so I eat 3 to 4 times a day, still cant increase my weight

Food gets digested quickly, but nourishment is not properly retained in the tissues. Excess Vata causes leanness and dryness, while high Pitta increases appetite and metabolism. ----Advice — Take warm, nourishing, snigdha ahara at regular timings. Do not keep stomach empty for long. Include milk, ghee, paneer, khichdi, urad dal, dates, banana, soaked almonds, sesame preparations. Avoid excess spicy, dry, fried, and fasting habits. Proper sleep and mild strength exercise advised. —rx 1) Ashwagandha lehyam 1 tsf with warm milk BD 2) Shatavari kalpa 1 tsp with milk bd 3) drakshavleh / Chyawanprash 1 tsp daily —Ghrita in diet regularly — avoid fast food , spicy food Follow-up: 4 weeks

These are the most anabolic (building) tastes in Ayurveda. ​•The Power of Sneha (Healthy Fats): Use A2 Cow’s Ghee or Sesame oil. Ghee is excellent for Vata-Pitta as it builds Ojas and fuels Agni without increasing acidity. •​Complex Carbohydrates: Prioritize heavy, grounding grains like wheat, oats, and Basmati rice. ​•Protein Sources: Mung dal is easiest to digest, but for bulking, incorporate Urad Dal (black gram)—known in Ayurveda as the best “Brimhana” legume. •The Weight-Gain Shake: ​Blend 1 ripe banana, 2 soaked dates, 5 soaked almonds, and a pinch of cardamom with warm whole milk. ​Add 1 tsp of Ghee. Drink this as a mid-morning snack. ​•Ashwagandha Ksheer Pak: ​Boil 1 tsp of Ashwagandha powder in a mix of 1 cup milk and 1 cup water until only the milk remains. Consume this before bed.
