Foods naturally free of sg and usually available as non-gmo options: —Vegetables Broccoli Cabbage Cauliflower Spinach Kale Carrots Beetroot Cucumber Bitter gourd (bitter melon) Pumpkin ----Fruits Apples Pears Papaya Pomegranate Berries Oranges Grapefruit Avocado ----Spices and Herbs Turmeric Ginger Garlic Coriander Cumin Fennel Black pepper Mint ----Eat plenty of fiber from fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Drink adequate water daily. Limit fried, oily, and highly processed foods. Avoid excessive sugar and soft drinks. Maintain a healthy body weight and exercise regularly. Choose fresh foods rather than packaged foods, which may contain added MSG. —Rx: 1) Arogyavardhini Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food. 2) bhumyamalaki Churna – 3 g twice daily with lukewarm water before food. 3) Avipattikar Churna – 3 g at bedtime with lukewarm water. 4) kumaryasava – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food.

Untuk menjaga kesehatan hati (liver) dan membantu mencegah pembentukan batu empedu: • Sayuran: pare, brokoli, bayam, sawi hijau, wortel, bit • Buah: apel, pir, pepaya, delima, lemon • Bumbu: kunyit, ketumbar, jintan, jahe, bawang putih Take • Bhumyamalaki Churna – 3 g, 2 kali sehari setelah makan • Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet, 2 kali sehari setelah makan Hindari makanan berminyak, gorengan, makanan olahan, dan minuman manis berlebihan. Minum air yang cukup dan lakukan aktivitas fisik secara teratur.

Lobak membantu mengencerkan empedu dan mencegah stagnasi yang memicu terbentuknya batu. ••Labu Kuning & Labu Air (Lauki): Sayuran ini sangat mendinginkan pencernaan, tinggi kandungan air, mudah dicerna, dan membantu menenangkan inflamasi pada kantung empedu. ••Pare (Karavellaka): Meskipun rasanya pahit, pare adalah pembersih darah dan liver yang sangat kuat. Rasa pahit secara alami merangsang sekresi empedu yang sehat. ••Wortel dan Bit: Kaya akan beta-karoten dan flavonoid yang membantu merangsang serta meningkatkan fungsi hati secara keseluruhan. 2. Buah-Buahan Pencegah Pengendapan (Ashmari) Pilihlah buah yang kaya antioksidan dan memiliki sifat membersihkan tanpa meningkatkan keasaman tubuh secara berlebih. ••Amalaka / Amla (Melaka/Malaka): Ini adalah buah terbaik untuk liver dalam Ayurveda. Tinggi vitamin C alami dan antioksidan, Amla membantu mendetoksifikasi liver (Yakrit Shodhana) dan menyeimbangkan ketiga dosha. ••Apel Hijau: Mengandung asam malat (malic acid) yang secara tradisional dipercaya dalam terapi alami untuk membantu melunakkan batu empedu atau mencegah empedu mengeras. ••Delima (Anar): Bersifat astringent dan manis, membantu membersihkan saluran empedu dan meredakan gangguan Pitta. Pepaya: Mengandung enzim papain yang membantu pencernaan lemak, sehingga mengurangi beban kerja kantung empedu. 3. Bumbu Masakan (Rempah Deepana-Pachana) Rempah-rempah ini berfungsi meningkatkan api pencernaan (Agni) agar tidak terbentuk Ama (toksin), sekaligus melancarkan aliran cairan di liver. ••Kunyit (Haridra): Mengandung kurkumin yang bersifat anti-inflamasi dan kolagogu (merangsang aliran empedu ke usus). Ini adalah rempah wajib untuk kesehatan liver. ••Ketumbar (Dhanya): Baik berupa biji maupun daun segar. Ketumbar adalah rempah mendinginkan (Sheeta) yang sangat bagus untuk membuang panas berlebih dari liver. ••Adas (Mishreya / Fennel): Membantu meredakan kram di area perut dan melancarkan pencernaan lemak. ••Jahe Segar (Ardraka): Dalam jumlah moderat, jahe segar membantu membakar toksin pencernaan tanpa memicu Pitta berlebih (berbeda dengan jahe kering yang lebih tajam/panas).
