Rx 1. Ashwagandha Cap – 1 cap With warm milk at bedtime. Anupana: Milk with 1 tsp ghee. 2. Shatavari Churna – 3 g Twice daily after meals with milk. 3. Chyawanprash Avaleha – 1 tsp Twice daily with milk after breakfast and dinner. -----Pathya (Recommended Diet) ✔ Soaked figs (Anjeer) 3–4 + 10 raisins every morning. ✔ Milk 2 times daily. ✔ Ghee 1–2 tsp with lunch and dinner. ✔ Dates, almonds, black gram preparations, moong dal khichdi with ghee. ✔ Banana milkshake or date milkshake once daily. Apathya (Avoid) ✘ Skipping meals. ✘ Excess tea, coffee, cold drinks. ✘ Late-night sleeping. ✘ Excessively dry, spicy, and packaged foods. ----Lifestyle Sleep 7–8 hours daily. Perform light strength exercises (Push-ups, Squats, Surya Namaskar) 20–30 min/day. Avoid excessive stress and overthinking.
