17 साल की उम्र में अभी भी शरीर का विकास चल रहा होता है, इसलिए सही खान-पान, नींद और नियमित व्यायाम से weight और overall growth में अच्छा सुधार हो सकता है। आपका weight (34 kg) आपकी height के हिसाब से कम है, इसलिए focus healthy weight gain पर रखें — कोई steroid या जल्दी वजन बढ़ाने वाली दवा बिना डॉक्टर सलाह के न लें। ----rx 1) Ashwagandha Churna – 1 चम्मच सुबह-शाम दूध के साथ 2) Shatavari Kalpa – 1 चम्मच रात को दूध में 3) Chyawanprash – 1 चम्मच सुबह खाली पेट 4) Draksharishta – 2 चम्मच + बराबर पानी, खाने के बाद दिन में 2 बार -कम से कम 3 महीने नियमित लें। -----Diet Advice रोज 2 गिलास दूध केला + भीगे हुए बादाम/किशमिश मूंग दाल, पनीर, दही, घी, खिचड़ी Peanut chikki / peanut butter उपयोग करें Meal skip बिल्कुल न करें Junk food और cold drinks कम करें ----Routine रात में 7–8 घंटे नींद सुबह हल्का exercise + सूर्य नमस्कार रोज 15–20 मिनट धूप लें –अगर height बहुत समय से बिल्कुल नहीं बढ़ रही या कमजोरी ज्यादा है तो एक बार Vitamin D, B12, CBC और thyroid test करवाना अच्छा रहेगा।

Problem main kya hai: meals skip karna limited diet no routine + stress 👉 yahi main reason hai low weight ka Simple plan (follow 3–6 months): Diet (sabse important) 3 main meals + 2 snacks daily Har meal me: carbs + protein + fat zaroor Add: milk, banana, peanut butter, paneer, dal, rice, ghee Daily 1 shake: milk + banana + peanuts Exercise (height + weight dono ke liye) Daily 30–40 min stretching / skipping / light strength training Posture exercises (hanging, yoga) Lifestyle 7–8 hours sleep (height hormone yahi release hota hai) Screen/stress kam Ayurvedic support: Ashwagandha – 1 tsp raat ko doodh ke saath Chyawanprash – 1 tsp daily morning Reality: Height 17 me thodi aur grow ho sakti hai (growth plates open ho sakti hain) Weight 5–8 kg 4–6 months me safely gain ho sakta hai Agar aap chaho to main aapke liye exact daily diet chart bana sakta hoon.
