El aumento de peso en tu caso está muy relacionado con ansiedad + hambre emocional, más que solo con la comida. Por eso, la dieta debe ayudar a calmar la mente y controlar el apetito, no solo restringir. Evita ayunos largos, porque aumentan los atracones. Come a horarios fijos, 3 comidas principales y 1–2 pequeñas si hace falta. Prefiere comida caliente, casera y saciante como arroz, verduras cocidas, sopas, dal. Reduce snacks salados, procesados y café. Cuando sientas ansiedad por comer, primero toma una bebida caliente (agua tibia o infusión) y espera unos minutos, muchas veces el impulso baja. En casa puedes usar: Agua tibia con una pizca de jengibre durante el día Infusión de manzanilla o hinojo en la tarde para calmar ansiedad Triphala tablet – 1 tableta por la noche Medohar Guggulu – 1 tableta dos veces al día después de comida Ashwagandha – 1 tableta por la noche Esto ayuda a mejorar metabolismo, controlar apetito y reducir ansiedad poco a poco.
