I want to gain weight, please tell me ayurvedic topic which has no side effects and keep me healthy permanently maintaining diet.

For healthy weight gain in Ayurveda, focus on improving digestion, nourishment and muscle strength, not only fat gain. Take Ashwagandha Dose: 1 tsp powder with warm milk at night or 500 mg capsule twice daily after food. Shatavari Dose: 1 tsp powder with milk morning or night. Chyawanprash Dose: 1–2 tsp morning with milk. Vidaryadi Lehyam Dose: 1 tsp twice daily after food. Diet Drink milk with dates, soaked almonds, ghee. Eat rice, moong dal, urad dal, banana, paneer, sesame, homemade sweets moderately. Eat 3 proper meals + 2 small snacks daily. Sleep 7–8 hours. Avoid Skipping meals Excess tea/coffee Junk food Late night waking

According to Ayurveda, low weight is mainly due to weak digestion (Mandagni) and poor nourishment of body tissues. First improve appetite and digestion, then healthy weight gain happens naturally. Take nutritious warm foods, milk, ghee, dry fruits, and follow proper sleep and meal timings. —Rx 1) Cap Ashwagandha – 1 cap twice daily after food with milk 2) Shatavari Kalpa – 1 tsp twice daily with milk 3) Chyawanprash – 1 tsp morning empty stomach 4) Syp Arvindasava – 15 ml + equal water twice daily after meals —Diet Advice: Warm fresh food, milk, ghee, dates, soaked almonds, banana, rice, moong dal. Avoid junk food, fasting, cold drinks, and late nights. —Lifestyle: Adequate sleep, stress reduction, light exercise/yoga regularly.
