Hello, I am a 53-year-old woman. I have gained 13 kilos since my menopause and I can no longer lose weight. I am vegan, I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke, and I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I've tried intermittent fasting but haven't seen any results.
