Hello, Alfa Alfa tonic (Hathat) weight gain ke liye kafi popular hai, par Ayurvedic perspective se dekha jaye toh sirf tonic kafi nahi hota. Aapki Agni (digestion) ko sudharna sabse zyada zaroori hai. ​Alfa Alfa tonic ​Duration: Kam se kam 2-3 mahine (60-90 din) lagatar lene par result dikhta hai. ​During Periods: Haan, ise periods ke waqt khaya ja sakta hai. Iska hormonal balance par koi bura asar nahi padta; balki ye weakness dur karne mein madad karta hai. ​ ​Ayurveda mein weight gain ke liye humein Dhatu Poshan (tissue nourishment) par focus karna hota hai. Agar aapka digestion weak hai, toh tonic bhi kaam nahi karega. ​Medicine Recommendations: 1. ​Ashwagandadi Lehyam : Ye ek nourishing jam-type tonic hai jo muscle mass badhane mein help karta hai. ​Dose: 1 se 2 tablespoon din mein do baar, khane ke baad garam doodh ke saath. 2. ​Draksharishtam : Ye digestion improve karta hai aur appetite (bhook) badhata hai. ​Dose: 15-20 ml barabar quantity pani ke saath milakar, khane ke turant baad din mein do baar. ​ ​Roz subah 2 kele aur ek glass garam doodh lein. ​Ghee: Apne har meal mein 1 chammach shuddh desi ghee add karein. ​ Din mein 20-30 min ki short nap (power nap) le sakte hain, aur raat ko 8 ghante ki neend zaroori hai.
