Aapki pareshani ko main samajh sakta hoon. Ayurveda ke mutabiq, jab aapko lagta hai ki pet bhara hua hai (bloating/inflation) aur dimaag ko sahi sanket (signals) nahi mil rahe hain, toh yeh Mandaagni (low digestive fire) aur Aama (toxic, undigested waste) ke sanchay (accumulation) ka lakshan hai. ​Jab shareer mein Aama banta hai, toh yeh srotas (body channels) ko block kar deta hai, jisse metabolism dhima ho jata hai. Yahi kaaran hai ki kam khane ya koshish karne ke baad bhi aapka weight aur inches kam nahi ho rahe hain. ​Aapke metabolism ko boost karne aur inch loss mein madad karne ke liye main aapko ek Ayurvedic plan bata raha hoon: ​1. Agni Deepana aur Aama Pachana (Digestion Thik Karne Ke Upay) ​Sabse pehle hume aapki Agni (digestive fire) ko tez karna hoga taaki khana thik se pache aur fat deposition ruke. •​Ardrak (Adrak) aur Nimbu Ka Ras: Khana khane se 15-20 minute pehle ek chota tukda adrak ka lein, uspar thoda sa nimbu ka ras aur sendha namak (rock salt) lagakar chabayein. Yeh dimaag ke hunger centers ko activate karega aur bloating kam karega. •​Ayurvedic Deepana Udaka (Ushnodaka): Dinbhar halka gunguna pani hi piyein. Aap pani ubalte waqt usme thoda sa Jeera, Saunf aur Dhaniya mila sakte hain. Yeh pani bloating ko turant kam karta hai aur inches loss mein madad karta hai. ​2. Aahar (Dietary Guidelines) ••​Koshish Karein “Laghu” Aahar Ki: Apne khane mein moong dal ki khichdi, lauki, torai, kaddu jaisi halki sabziyan shamil karein. Heavy, fried, aur processed food se bilkul door rahein. ••​Viruddh Aahar Se Bachein: Dudh ke sath namkeen, ya fruits ke sath meal lena band karein. Yeh shareer mein aur zyada bloating paida karte hain. ​3. Ayurvedic Aushadhi (Herbal Support) ​Metabolism ko stimulate karne aur inches loss ke liye aap yeh classical formulations le sakte hain: •••​Trikatu Churna: Isme Sonth, Kali Mirch, aur Pippali hoti hai. Yeh dhimay metabolism ko fast karta hai. (1/2 chammach gungune pani ke sath khane se pehle). •••​Varanadi Kashayam ya Medohar Guggulu: Yeh dono hi shareer ke extra fat aur inches ko kam karne mein, aur srotas (channels) ko clear karne mein bohot prabhavi hain. •••​Kumaryasava: Agar pet saaf nahi hota aur bloating lagatar bani rehti hai, toh khane ke baad 2 chammach Kumaryasava utne hi pani mein milakar lein. •••​Kapalbhati aur Vajrasana: Khana khane ke baad 10 minute Vajrasana mein baithein. Subah khali pet 15 minute Kapalbhati pranayama karein, jisse dimaag aur gut ka connection behtar ho.

आपकी समस्या में अग्नि मंद होना, वात-कफ बढ़ना और पाचन ठीक से न होना मुख्य कारण हो सकते हैं। बार-बार पेट फूलना, पेट भरा होने का एहसास न होना और वजन/इंचेस कम न होना आयुर्वेद में “आम” बनने के संकेत माने जाते हैं। आयुर्वेदिक सुझाव: सुबह खाली पेट 1 गिलास गुनगुना पानी + ½ नींबू + चुटकी अजवाइन लें। भोजन के बाद ½ चम्मच अजवाइन + सौंफ चबाएँ। 15 दिन तक रात में त्रिफला चूर्ण 1 चम्मच गुनगुने पानी से लें — इससे पाचन व पेट की सूजन में मदद मिलती है। गेहूँ/मैदा, ठंडी चीजें, कोल्ड ड्रिंक, ज्यादा मीठा व तला-भुना कम करें क्योंकि आपको gluten/wheat से bloating बढ़ रही है। रात का खाना हल्का रखें और सोने से 2–3 घंटे पहले खाएँ। रोज 30–40 मिनट तेज चलना, योग में वज्रासन, पवनमुक्तासन, कपालभाति लाभकारी रहेंगे। Stress भी bloating और overeating बढ़ाता है, इसलिए 10 मिनट deep breathing/प्राणायाम करें।
