I practice Ayurveda and meditate. I have been eating eggs because of problems with hypoglycemia, but eggs are heating, and I am pitta. What can I do?

Aap Pitta prakriti ke hain, isliye eggs roz lena heating kar sakta hai. Hypoglycemia ke liye protein zaroori hai, par eggs ke badle moong dal chilla/khichdi, paneer, dahi/curd daytime, tofu, sattu drink, soaked almonds le sakte hain. —Agar eggs lene hi pad rahe hain to boiled egg/egg white lein, spicy/fried form na lein, aur saath me coriander, fennel, mint jaise cooling herbs use karein. –Khali pet meditation na karein; meditation se pehle halka balanced snack lein. Agar sugar baar-baar low hoti hai, sweating, weakness, chakkar ya fainting hoti hai to consult kre and then treatment start kre

You do not necessarily need eggs daily if they increase heat in your system. Suggestions Eat small, regular meals every 3–4 hours to prevent blood sugar dips. Favor cooling, nourishing foods that give sustained energy: soaked almonds dates or raisins in moderation moong dal oats rice with ghee quinoa coconut sweet fruits like pears or ripe bananas Include healthy fats and protein in each meal to stabilize glucose naturally. Drink cooling herbal supports like coriander, fennel, or fresh amla water. Avoid long fasting, excessive coffee, very spicy foods, and skipping meals, as these aggravate Pitta and trigger irritability.
