Your symptoms (fatigue + low milk + thyroid issue) are strongly linked. Untreated thyroid problems can reduce milk supply. My suggestion would be start shatavari with milk. Please don’t take above mentioned medication during breastfeeding.

Hello dear, First of all you need to know that if you have hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism then you need proper Ayurveda treatment for it not need of supplements like Thyrocare Juice etc. In Ayurveda, the postnatal and breastfeeding period focuses on Stanyajanana (improving milk quality and quantity) and Brimhana (nourishment of the mother’s tissues). ​ ​Breast milk (Stanya) is considered an “Upadhatu” (by-product) of Rasa Dhatu (plasma/nutrient fluid). To maintain wellness, the mother must consume Satmya (wholesome) foods like milk, ghee, and rice, while avoiding Vata-aggravating foods (spicy, dry, or fermented) that can cause colic in the baby.
​For overall maternal wellness and lactation support: 1. ​Mathrukalpam: A nourishing jam that boosts vitality and improves milk quality.
​Dose: 10–15 grams twice daily with warm milk after food. ​2. Stanyajanana Rasayanam: Specifically formulated to increase breast milk and restore maternal strength.
​Dose: 1 teaspoon (5–10 grams) twice daily with warm milk. 3. ​Dhanwantharam Kwath: Helps in hormonal balance and strengthening the body post-delivery. ​Dose: 15 ml mixed with 45 ml of lukewarm water, twice daily before food. ​ Thyroid Supplements & Breastfeeding ​Regarding Krishna’s Thyrocare Juice and Patanjali Thyrogrit: ​Thyrogrit: Contains Kanchanar Guggulu and Trikatu.
