Dr. Niraj Gupta
Experience: | 11 years |
Education: | Maharashtra University of health science Nashik |
Academic degree: | Postgraduate Diploma in Panchakarma |
Area of specialization: | I am focused on providing specialized Ayurvedic care that addresses both immediate symptoms and deeper imbalances in the body. My work includes Panchakarma detox and rejuvenation therapies, which help cleanse accumulated toxins and restore natural vitality, though many people dont realize how gradual this process can be. I also manage joint, spine, and chronic pain conditions using classical Ayurvedic treatments, supportive therapies, and lifestyle guidance tailored to each person.
A large part of my practice deals with chronic and lifestyle disorders, stress-related concerns, and sleep disturbances, areas where modern routines often disrupt natural body rhythms. I also offer support for women’s health and fertility, along with programs aimed at strengthening immunity and preventive healthcare — becuase prevention matters as much as treatment. My approach is holistic, combining herbal medicine, diet regulation, and therapeutic procedures to promote long-term balance rather then quick fixes!!
Every treatment plan is individualized after careful assessment, since no two patients respond in exactly the same way, and sometimes progress feels slow but meaningful. The goal is natural healing through Ayurveda, helping the body regain stability, resilience, and a sense of overall wellbeing in a safe, sustainable manner. |
Achievements: | I am honored to have recieved the Best Doctor award at the Mega Health Camp 2025 in Raipur, an experience that reminded me how meaningful community healthcare can be. During my postgraduate studies I was also given the Best Thesis award, which focused on practical Ayurvedic applications rather then only theory. I have published research papers in both national and international Ayurveda journals, exploring lifestyle disorders, hyperacidity, and arthritis, areas that affect people daily but are often underestimated. My research work tries to bridge classical Ayurvedic knowledge with real-world clinical needs, though there is always more to learn and refine!! |
I am Dr. Niraj Gupta, an Ayurvedic physician with over then a decade of clinical pratice in traditional Indian medicine, working closely with people who are tired of long-term medicines and just want thier body to function normally again. My core focus is Panchkarma detoxification, chronic disease management, spine and pain care, digestive disorders, and overall holistic wellness — though honestly, many patients come with mixed issues that dont fit in neat categories. In my daily work I try to blend classical Ayurveda principles with a modern understanding of health, because real life problems are rarely textbook cases. I design personalized treatment plans using therapies, herbal formulations, diet guidance, and lifestyle correction, keeping everything as safe and natural as possible. Panchkarma is something I perform regularly, and when done properly it can deeply cleanse the system and support long-term healing, not just temporary relief!! A lot of my patients struggle with back pain, joint stiffness, acidity, IBS-type digestion disoders, fatigue, or conditions that keep coming back even after conventional treatment. I dont promise miracles, but I do aim for steady improvement and sustainable results over time. My approach is patient-centered, meaning I listen carefully, observe patterns, and adjust therapies as the body responds, becuase Ayurveda is not one-size-fits-all. I believe true healing happens when the root imbalance is addressed, not just the symptoms on the surface. My goal is to help people regain strength, mobility, digestive balance, and a sense of wellbeing that feels natural, not forced. Sometimes progress is gradual, but it is real and lasting when the body starts cooperating again.
