In Ayurveda, this combination is considered a viruddha ahara (incompatible food), which may cause indigestion, acidity, or gas. –Prepare milk like this: Ingredients 1 cup milk 1 pinch turmeric (Haldi) 4–5 Munakka (seedless if possible) 1–2 cardamom (Elaichi, slightly crushed) -Preparation Add all ingredients to milk. Boil for 3–5 minutes. Let it become lukewarm.
