Mild Sensitivity and Digestive Discomfort in Pelvic Area - #51883

I am having very very mild sensitivity near groin area right pelvis region, and few days back I was waking up in sleep due to stomach discomfort around 4am to 5am and when I passed motion 1 and 2 I used to get relief after passing motion. I have lost 5kgs weight in last 2 months. I am taking balanced food which has fiber, proteins, fats and limited carbhodyrates but also not gaining weight from past 1 month.
