I hv seborrheic dermatitis on scalp. Which shampoo should I use. Which oil can be applied on my scalp Plz reply

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery

–1. Internal Medicine (Ayurveda)
Gandhak Rasayan – 2 tab BD after food × 6 weeks
Aarogyavardhini vati 2 tab twice daily after meal
2. Shampoo
Ketoconazole 2% shampoo – 2–3 times/week
Coal tar shampoo – 1–2 times/week (leave 5 min before wash)
3. Oil
Nimbadi Taila or Neem oil (diluted with coconut oil)
Apply 1–2 times/week, 1 hour before head wash
Advice:
Avoid daily oiling, keep scalp clean, wash hair 3 times/week.
