Seeking Ayurvedic Treatment for Knee Recovery After Surgery - #48148
I had accident in march 2025 and knee ligaments ACL ,PCL ,MCL meniscus was complete torn . So had surgery in april (PCL ,MCL) and next in june (ACL , meniscus ). Now i am undergoing physiotherapy regularly but my range of motion is limited looks like stuck at 80degrees , also my Patella is very stiff . Want to know ,is there any treatment in ayurvedic for my situation after 8 months of phyisiotherapy i am not getting result , i cant bend my knee.
