Recovering from Hip Surgery and Weakness - #48576

I am recovering after nearly two years where I couldn’t walk because of severe pain, which was found to be osteonecrosis of the hip. I had a full hip replacementsurgery and am currently not having pain, but am now very weak and have a hard time breathing. I want to get healthy again but don’t know where to start. I am kapha/pitta
