What to do for dry mouth and difficulty swallowing after oral cancer treatment at age 60? - #52781

My Mandeville operation done in 2021,(oral cancer)followed by radiation therapy, now problem is diffcuiltes to salow intake of food, and dry mouth.grinding of food (rice)etc still make difficulties to salow,my age is about 60, walking, doing light work continuing, my job,Please advice me sir.
