Kya brami,jata manshi,sankhpushi aur vacha ka mixran garmi me b bacho ko de sakte hi,aur phir usey kitni matra me dena hi,agar bacha 6 saal kaam hi toh,ye hyper active bacho ko b diya jata ho. Ki nahi.aur iske sath unke diet me kin chizo ka khayal krna hi?

Hello, -Ye har din bacho ko dena muskil jayega -Isse behtar hai ap suvarnprashan har din subah khali pet 2 bunde usko pilao -Isse usko bahot hi fayda hoga -Chyawanprash hai woh ap usko roj ek chammach khilao 4-5 PM k time pe -Bahar ka kuch abhi mat khilana -Usko khane me gau dudh ek glass rat ko dena - Gau ghee Adha chammach khane k sath diladena - Uske shir par har din Khirbala tail se massage krna - Aur thoda anulom vilom subah mein 10 minutes krva dena

–Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, Jatamansi और Vacha का हल्का मिश्रण 6 साल के hyperactive बच्चे को दिया जा सकता है। इसकी मात्रा लगभग ¼ छोटी चम्मच दिन में 1 बार शहद या दूध के साथ दें। गर्मी में Vacha बहुत कम रखें। साथ में बच्चे की diet में दूध, फल, भिगोए हुए बादाम और घर का हल्का खाना दें, जबकि जंक फूड और ज्यादा चीनी से बचाएँ।
