Take a very small amount occasionally (e.g., ½ teaspoon) and monitor your blood sugar. Use it rarely instead of daily as normally recommended.

Some pharmacies make sugar free chavyanprash. if that is available than you can take. Else it is not advisable to be taken.

Usually diabetic are not advised to take chyavanprash, there is sugar free version which can be taken in small doses. If still you want to consume then take bin small dose 1/2tsp . After breakfast with water. Check blood sugar levels next day, if sugar levels increase, you will have to increase your diabetes medicine. To normalise that sugar increased due to 1/2tsp. Lessen intake of carbohydrates, starch in your diet. Orelse reduce food intake of breakfast and continue with 1/2tsp. Chyavanprash.
