Doctors' responses

–Since you have Pitta predominance, 1 tablespoon of soaked methi seeds daily may be a bit high and could sometimes increase heat, which might contribute to more hair fall. I recommend reducing the dose to ½ teaspoon of soaked methi seeds, 3–4 times per week instead of daily. Cow’s ghee: 1 teaspoon daily is fine and can actually help balance Pitta. If hair fall continues, you may pause methi for 1–2 weeks and then restart at the lower dose. –Rx: 1)Fenugreek seeds – ½ tsp, soak overnight, take in morning 3–4 times/week. 2)Ghee (cow’s ghee) – 1 tsp daily with breakfast. 3)Bhringraj oil – scalp massage 2–3×/week at night. —Diet Advice: Prefer cooling foods (fruits, vegetables, amla, coconut). Avoid excess spicy, fried, fermented foods. —Follow-up: Review after 3–4 weeks or earlier if hair fall increases.
