how to combine the allopathic and ayurvedic medicines ADVISED by you. Give step-by-step administration of both the medicines. Inform side effects and how to cope with them due to advanced age and weak digestive system (too many medicines lead to indigestion and loose motion). This I have experienced on earlier occasions. Please consider this request.

–Take your morning thyroid tablet on an empty stomach. After breakfast, continue your heart and water tablet as usual. For burning urination, you can take the Ayurvedic medicines – Chandanasava, Gokshura powder, and Pravala Pishti – as prescribed after your meals in small amounts to avoid stomach upset At night, take Tagara powder only if sleep is disturbed. Drink only the amount of water your doctor allows. Avoid spicy, sour, or fried food. If you feel loose motion, bloating, or any discomfort, reduce the Ayurvedic medicines temporarily. Follow this routine carefully and come for follow-up as told

Namaste, A burning sensation during urination along with biliousness (excess heat or acidity in the body) can sometimes occur due to urinary irritation, dehydration, or increased body heat. Since you also have ischemic heart disease and hypothyroidism, it is important to manage symptoms carefully and stay in touch with your doctor. Simple measures that may help: Drink adequate water and fluids to support urinary health. Include cooling foods such as cucumber, coconut water, and fresh fruits. Avoid very spicy, fried, and excessively sour foods, which may increase body heat. Maintain regular meal timings and good hydration during the day. If the burning sensation persists for a long time or increases, it is advisable to get a urine test and medical evaluation to rule out infection. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support urinary comfort include: Chandraprabha Vati – traditionally used to support urinary tract health. Gokshuradi Guggulu – sometimes used to support urinary balance and reduce irritation. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.
