Hello I get what you’re asking – when to take liver detox tablets, how much time to leave between doses, and what veggies are good for your liver. Liver Detox Tablet – When & How ✔️ Best time to take a pill: * Empty stomach in the morning 👉 When you wake up, take 1 tablet with warm water. Or at night 👉 2–3 hours after supper, before sleeping. If you’re supposed to take 2 pills a day: * 1st pill: Empty stomach in the morning * 2nd pill: 2–3 hours after dinner at night ➡️ Time gap: at least 10–12 hours ❗ Important Tip * Avoid alcohol completely after taking the tablet (it reduces the detox benefits) * Cut back on very oily, fried, and junk food * It’s important that you get 7–8 hours of sleep every night Best Veggies for Your Liver (According to Ayurveda) ✔️You can have these regularly: * Lauki (Bottle gourd) – cools and cleanses the liver * Tori / Turai (Ridge Gourd) * Kaddu (Pumpkin) * Cabbage (in small amounts) * Spinach (cooked, not too raw) * Beetroot – 2–3 times a week * Radish (not too much, but cooked is better) ❌ Reduce/Avoid: * Eggplant, too many potatoes * Deep-fried veggies * Very spicy food Simple Home trick * Morning: 1 glass of warm water + 5–6 drops of lemon * 2–3 times a week: lightly boiled beetroot or bottle gourd soup If you drink alcohol often, liver detox tablets only help for a bit.
