I am really confused about this abc juice everyone’s talking about. A couple weeks ago, I decided to try it for my health, just wanted to cleanse a bit and maybe lose some weight, ya know? I started drinking it every day, like in the morning before breakfast... I thought that would be good for digestion. I'm on day 10 now, and honestly, I feel a bit bloated still. I was hoping to see abc juice results in how many days, but maybe I'm being impatient? I also read somewhere that it can take a week or two to notice changes, but then I see all these before-and-after pictures online and wonder, am I doing it wrong?? Should I be taking more or perhaps mixing it differently? I mean, it’s just supposed to be beet, apple, and carrot juice, right? Really thought I’d be feeling more energized or at least lighter by now. Do you guys have any insights about when abc juice results in how many days usually appear? And what if it’s just not for me? Should I keep going, or should I try something else? Would love any advice, thanks a ton!
