Is my detox with raw amla causing loose stools? - #46762

I take raw amla a day with salt for detox my gut but it's third day andI have gone 5-6 time poop and it's very light poop watery kind of not too much but yeah it's loose and have stomach ache as well not too muchI have tridosha imbalance from too much time so I decided to take raw amla is this normal and yeah at 6 pm I have eaten mushroom with puri but I am having loose poop from the morning pls tell me it's normal or not
