Detox and wanted to lose couple of kgs weight loss & lower back pain I hv visited Jindal in 2018 for 7 nites

Ayurveda ke anusaar aapke lakshan Kapha vriddhi, Ama (toxins) ke sanchay aur Vata dushti se sambandhit lagte hain. Isliye halka, satvik aur fibre-rich aahar, garam paani, niyamit vyayam, yog aur stress management par dhyan dena chahiye. Uchit Panchakarma ya detox therapy se weight management aur kamar dard mein sahayata mil sakti hai. Vyaktigat prakriti aur avastha ke anusaar chikitsa nirdharit ki jati hai. ----Rx: 1) Triphala Churna 3 g with warm water at bedtime × 6 weeks. 2) Yogaraj Guggulu 2 tabs twice daily after meals × 6 weeks. 3) Dashmool Kwath 20 ml with equal warm water twice daily before meals × 4–6 weeks. 4) Mahanarayan Taila local massage over lower back followed by hot fomentation once daily. ----Pathya (Diet & Lifestyle): Warm water throughout the day. Light, low-fat diet; increase vegetables, fruits, and salads. Avoid fried foods, sweets, bakery items, cold drinks, and overeating. Brisk walking 30–45 minutes daily. Regular stretching, yoga (Bhujangasana, Makarasana, Cat-Camel stretch). ----Follow-up: After 4–6 weeks or earlier if pain worsens, leg numbness develops, or weight loss is not improving.

Deep Digestive Reset (Core of Detox) Before any detox therapy, digestion must be improved. Morning routine Warm water with lemon (or ginger water) on empty stomach If constipation: Triphala churna 1–2 g at bedtime with warm water Improve Agni (metabolism) Trikatu churna (ginger + black pepper + long pepper) helps reduce Ama and supports fat metabolism (doctor guided use recommended) 2. Ayurvedic Medicines These are commonly used in such conditions: For weight + Ama reduction Triphala Guggulu – helps fat metabolism and detox Medohar Guggulu – specifically used for excess fat and sluggish metabolism For lower back pain (Vata imbalance) Yograj Guggulu – helps joint + spinal stiffness Dashmool Kashayam – reduces Vata inflammation and pain 3.
