My blood sugar is constantly fluctuating can I consume bitter melon to assist with balancing my sugar levels. I am not using any diabetic medication. My levels are usually between 180 and 250mg/dL

—your blood sugar levels between 180 and 250 are consistently high and fall in the diabetic range. Bitter melon may help slightly, but it will not lower your levels enough on its own. The most important step is reducing carbohydrate intake and getting proper lab testing, including an HbA1c. —Rx 1)Bitter melon Swarasa 15 ml with equal water, empty stomach, morning. 2) tab Nisha Amalaki 2 tab twice daily before meals with lukewarm water. 3)Gudmar Churna 2 gm twice daily after meals. 4) Chandraprabha Vati 2 tablets twice daily after food. — Pathya Reduce rice, wheat, sugar, potatoes. Avoid refined carbohydrates. Take barley (Yava), green gram, leafy vegetables. Early dinner; avoid day sleep. —Lifestyle 30 minutes brisk walking daily. Light yoga: Kapalbhati, Mandukasana. Advice: Monitor fasting and post-prandial glucose every 4 weeks. If levels persist >180 mg/dL, start allopathic along with ayurveda.

If your blood sugar is between 180 and 250 mg/dL regularly that is not just mild fluctuation. It is uncontrolled diabetes range. Yes, you can use bitter melon. Also, it improves insulin sensitivity and reduce blood sugar naturally. You can take fresh juice 20 ML in the morning on empty stomach or cooked karela in diet 3 to 4 times per week But very important, herbal support alone is not enough if your diet is high in carbohydrates, you must reduce white rice, sugar, sweets, refined flour, and increase vegetables, proteins, and fibres Also, please check HB A1C test to understand long-term control If fasting sugar stays above, 180 consistently, you should consult Physician because prolonged eye sugar can silently damaged kidneys nerves and eyes Bitter melon can support, but that correction and monitoring are essential
