Avoid neem interfering with your thyroid hormone absorption. -Neem may reduce how much thyroxine your body absorbs if taken too close to the medication. This can make your thyroid hormone less effective. - Neem might influence liver enzymes that process medications, which could change how thyroxine works in your body. - so take only in small amount and low dose
