Hello I have no thyroid due to surgery. I take thyroxine daily. Can I take neem powder daily and how many teaspoons

You can take neem cautiously, but:
Dose: Start small — ½ to 1 teaspoon daily.
Timing: Take at least 3–4 hours after thyroxine.
Monitor: Check thyroid levels (TSH) 6–8 weeks after starting.
Avoid neem interfering with your thyroid hormone absorption.
-Neem may reduce how much thyroxine your body absorbs if taken too close to the medication. This can make your thyroid hormone less effective.
- Neem might influence liver enzymes that process medications, which could change how thyroxine works in your body.
- so take only in small amount and low dose

Yes, you can take Neem powder, but in small quantity.
Dose ½ teaspoon once daily With lukewarm water  After food
Take Neem 2 hours after Thyroxine tablet
Do not take high dose
Take for 6–8 weeks, then stop for few weeks
