Doctors' responses

Please take this seriously Although as an ayurvedic physician or being an ayurveda doctor in some disease when they are in acute phase our medicine have some limitations. I advise you to go to an allopathic doctors. First we have to stable your blood sugar level. Hba1c is 9 which very high. And of you are already on allopathic medicine go for revised medicines. Then after keeping sugar lvl stable go for panchakarma therapy. Dr Akshay negi MD PANCHAKARMA

HELLO, WHY HbA1C IS HIGH Think of the body like a factory -Food-> digestion->energyy->storage-> use -In your case -digestion is slow -fat metabolism is weak -liver releases extra sugar at night So even you eats well and walks the body -makes sugar internally at night -cannot burn stored fat and sugar properly -stores more instead of using it AYURVEDIC VIEW -Madhumeha (type of prameha) -Kapha-dominant with meda (fat tissue) involvement -Agnimandya - weak digestive and metabolic fire -Yakrit (liver) dushti- excess glucose relase -Avarana by kapha- blockage of insulin action -Associated ras and meda dhatu dushti TREATMENT GOALS -reduce fasting sugar naturally -improve liver glucose control -correct fat metabolism -strengthen digestive and tisue metabolism -prevent complications (nerve, kidney, heart) INTERNAL MEDICATIONS A) FOR BLOOD SUGAR CONTROL -NISHAMALAKI CHURNA= 5 gm at bedtime with warm water minimum 3-6 months =turmeric improves insulin sensitivity, amalaki strengthens liver and pancreas, especially helpful for fasting sugar -GUDMAR CAPSULES= 1 cap twice daily before meals for 3-6 months =reduces sugar absorption, improves pancreatic function, reduces sugar cravings -VIJAYSAR CHURNA= 3 gm twice daily with warm water after meals =classical anti-diabetic drug , improves insulin action, controls fasting and post meal sugar -MADHUNASHINI VATI= 1 tab twice daily after meals -TRIPHALA GUGGULU= 2 tabs twice daily after meals for 4 months =reduces fat accumulation , clears blocked channels, supports weight and lipid reduction YOGA ASANAS -vajrasana -mandukasana -ardha matsyendrasana -paschimottanasana -setu bandhasana PRANAYAM -Kapalbhati= 20-30 strokes * 3 months -Bhastrika= improves metabolism -Anulom vilom= hormonal balance -Bhramari= stress control Practice daily, empty stomach DIET -old rice -barley -moong dal -bitter vegetables -lauki, pumpkin, ridge gourd -cow ghee small amount AVOID -fruits at night -milk and curd at night -banana, mango, chikoo -refined flour and sugar -fried foods MILLETS -Good but not daily and not at night. They are heavy and worsen fasting sugar if misused HOME REMEDIES -Methi water= continue -Cinnamon 1/2 tsp + warm water morning -Soaked almonds 4-5 daily -bitter gourd juice twice a week LIFESTYLE ADVICE -Dinner before 7 pm -sleep by 10 pm -no day sleep - daily walking is good- continue -stress reduction is essential - stress increases sugar VERY IMPORTANT -Fasting sugar does not correct overnight -Ayurveda works slowly but deeply -consistency is more important than quantity of medicines DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU

Hello Thanks for sharing your reports. So, your Fasting is at 200, PP is 289, and HbA1c is 9 – that’s uncontrolled diabetes. But dont worry we will help you out 😊 What’s going on (Ayurveda style) You’ve got Madhumeha, mostly Kapha-Pitta type. What’s causing it: – Eating at odd times – Too many carbs – Your liver and pancreas aren’t working great – Stress This leads to: – Sugar building up in your blood – Feeling tired, peeing a lot, and always hungry – Your body isn’t responding to insulin well About Nisakathakadi Kashayam Yes this is one of the best Ayurvedic medicines for diabetes. It: – Makes your body more sensitive to insulin – Lowers blood sugar – Helps your pancreas – Reduces fat, including in your liver How to take it right Morning after breakfast 15 ml kashayam + 15 ml warm water
Evening (after dinner) 15 ml kashayam + 15 ml warm water Other medicines to add 1️⃣ For sugar 1.Nishamalaki kashaya tablet 2 tablets, twice a day, before food 2 Chandraprabha Vati2 tablets, twice a day, after food 2️⃣ For pancreas and insulin 1.**Vasant Kusumakar Ras (gold free) 1 tablet in the morning
2.Gudmar (Meshashringi) capsule 1 capsule, twice a day
DIET PLAN (super important) If you don’t fix your eating, no medicine will do much. ❌AVOID – Rice – Potato – Sugar –Bread – Biscuits –Fruits like banana, mango – Milk at night You should eat ✔: – Roti (2–3 only) –Green vegetables – Bitter gourd – Bottle gourd –Fenugreek – Curd (daytime only) –Buttermilk Drink: – Warm water – Jeera water Lifestyle tips – Walk for 40 minutes every day – Go to bed before 10:30 PM – Chill out, avoid stress – No naps during the day Testing After 45 days, check: – Fasting sugar – PP sugar You’ll see things are getting better. Don’t stop your regular medicines all of a sudden. When your sugar goes down, you can adjust the dose slowly. Nisakathakadi Kashayam is safe and it works for diabetes. It’s not too late; you’re starting now! Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Your blood sugar levels (fasting 200, post‑meal 289, HbA1c 9) show poorly controlled diabetes, even though you are already on oral medications. Nisakathakadi Kashayam (also called Nisakathakadi Kwath) is a classical Ayurvedic formulation used for diabetes management. How Nisakathakadi is used - Dosage: 12–24 ml twice daily, usually before food (around 6 am and 6 pm). - Anupana (vehicle): Mix with equal amount of warm water before drinking. - Purpose: Helps regulate blood sugar, improves digestion, reduces diabetic complications like neuropathy.
