I am suffering from hyperthyroidism and thyroid eye disease also know as grave disease which is mostly caused by stress and inflammation inside the body. I want to know any medicine for this disease or diet & drinks.

Hello I can understand hyperthyroidism with graves disease can be physically challenging and exhausting. But dont worry we are here to help you out Hyperthyroidism with eye disorder resembles pitta vata dominant disorder And also stress acts as a major trigger IMPORTANT Do not stop your thyroid medication suddenly without supervision AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT SHODHANA - PANCHAKARMA If possible consult nearby Ayurvedic physician for physical examination and to plan panchakarma therapies according to your condition We can plan for - Mridu virechan (mild purgation) best for pitta disorder - Takra dhara or shirodhara very helpful for stress and eyes -Nasya for upward pitta control -Netra tarpana in later stage when swelling is little stabilized INTERNAL MEDICATION 1.kanchanar guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food 2.Triphala guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food 3.saptamrutam loha 1 tablet twice daily after food 4.Triphaldi ghrita 1 tsp at bed time followed by warm water DIET PLANInclude warm but not spicy food, moong dal khichadi, bottle gourd, cow ghee, soaked almonds, Pomegranate, fennel tea, amla juice ❌Avoid Very spicy, sour fermented food Excess onion garlic, cabbage, broccoli, refined sugar, processed food FOR THYROID EYE DISEASE -Cold compress on eyes - Wear sunglasses outdoor -Avoid excessive crying, anger and sun exposure This condition requires a long term approach Follow up after 45 days Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate
