Do sukshma vyayam and yoga and pranayam regularly and greeva sanchhalan aasan Along with you should take 1.daskmool kwath 2 parijaat kwath take both kwath 4 tsp and soak overnight in 400 ml of water in morning boil till remains half than drink empty stomach twice a day 3. Peedanil gold 2-2 vati khane se half hour before twice a day 4. Triyodasaang guggulu 5. Orthogrit 6. Spirulina all 4,5,6 take 1-1 vati after meal twice a day
Do massage with mahanarayan oil twice a day

Avoid sour, fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Cap Brahmi 1-0-1 Cap Cervigest 2-0-2 Follow up after 2 weeks.
