Seeking Help for Pitta-Ama Imbalance and Vata Issues - #51792
Facing pitta-ama problem and vata dosha imbalance secondarily.First pitta aggravated then ama created & bcoz of digestion problem later vata increased. My symptoms - loose motion once/day which is oily, gas, bloating, heaviness after eating, downwards acidity, burning in anus after acidity, dry skin, red rash on cheeks, i never sweat, sometimes i feel frequently hungry sometimes not at all, Feeling cold all the time, insomnia. Dr always advise some heating or astringent medicine which increase my issue.Pls suggest some medicine for digestion that balances pitta with ama PRIMARILY then balances vata dosha secondarily. Pls help dr humble request🙏🙏( pls don't advise more than 4 medicine - financial problem)

●Aloe Vera Gel Aloe Vera Gel Mix 2 tablespoons of pure aloe vera gel with a pinch of baking soda. Effects It calms bile, soothes acidity, and provides quick relief from burning sensations. ●Instant Relief Drink 1 cup room temperature water • Lemon juice - 10 drops Organic sugar - 1/2 teaspoon • Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon Add the baking soda last. Drink immediately after a strong foam forms. This mixture helps neutralize excess acidity. ●Papaya Juice 1 cup papaya juice, 1 teaspoon organic sugar, 2 pinches of cardamom Benefits • Aids digestion, • Relieves heaviness and sour belching.
