Kokum 2 parts Amla 1 part Stevia ¼ part 2 spoons kokum + 1 spoon amla + ¼ spoon stevia. Mix all → use 1 spoon in water to drink
Will it be too much sweet?
So if 10gm powder then 6gm kokam, 3gm amla and 1 gm stevia right?
