Doctors' responses

Possible Causes Rosacea – A chronic skin condition causing redness, flushing, and warmth on the face. Post-menopausal vascular sensitivity – Blood vessels react easily to heat, stress, or emotions. Temperature triggers – Warm rooms, hot drinks, alcohol, or spicy food can increase redness. Stress or emotional triggers – Stress hormones can cause facial blood vessels to dilate. What May Help 1. Avoid common triggers Very hot drinks Spicy foods Alcohol Hot environments Emotional stress when possible 2. Skin care Use gentle, fragrance-free cleansers and moisturizers Apply sunscreen daily (SPF 30 or higher) Avoid harsh scrubs or strong cosmetic products 3. Cooling methods Wash the face with cool (not cold) water Use cool compresses when redness appears 4. Medical treatments … 1.triphala Choorna 1 tsp at night daily with warm water 2.start amla candy eating 5. Stress management Breathing exercises Gentle yoga or relaxation techniques Sheetali and sheetkari pranayam is must for such conditions
