I am male 35 yr old. At age 25 gall bladder remove . Problems: Gut health weak hai, indigestion issues. Bacterial infection, food poisoning frequently hoti hai. Khane ke bad gas bloating ki kafi problem hai bahar ka bhi avoid karta hu khana. Kindly advice

Firstly avoid gas causing foods like Chana, rajma, green peas, brinjal , potato’s, fried food, breads, other bakery items, fermented food, curds. Include ghee intake with warm food. Take buttermilk twice daily after food Take light food at night like Dalkichdi. Take food whenever you feel hungry don’t delay, and don’t over eat. Do not drink water in more quantity at a stretch. Take it in small quantities in shorter durations. Do not go to bed or sit as you finish food, take small 100 steps after food. Medicine advised : 1. Dhanwantaram Gulika 1-1-1 before food. 2. Kumari asava 10ml -0-10ml after food with 10ml water. For 15 days, follow up after 15 days.
