Probable diagnosis: Allergic Rhinitis Treatment: -Sinactil oil: For external application over forehead -Sitopaladi churna: 1tsp-1tsp-1tsp after food, with honey -Histantin tab: 1-1-1 before food -Shirisharishta: 10ml-10ml-10ml, after food with warm water -Inhale steam water boiled with Tulsi every morning AVOID: Curd at night Sleeping on stomach Dust exposure Cold water drinking and drinking more water than requirement Cool drink, ice cream, refrigerated food, milk Heavy and oily food
Yeh symptoms allergic rhinitis (Vata-Kapha imbalance) ke hain, jo weather change se trigger ho rahe hain. Treatment simple rakhein: Sitopaladi churna ½ tsp + honey ke saath din me 2 baar lein. Haridra khanda 1 tsp din me 2 baar lein, yeh allergy control karta hai. Subah Anu taila 2–2 boond naak me daalein (nasya), isse sneezing aur blockage kam hota hai. Garam paani piyein, thandi cheezein, dahi, cold drinks avoid karein. Regular use se sneezing, itching aur blockage gradually control me aa jata hai.
1. sitopaladi choorna 25 gm + abhrak bhasma 10gm+tankan bhasma 10 gm +silasindoor 1 gm+ godanti bhasma 10 mix all and make 60 sachet equally and take 1 sachet empty stomach twice a day before meal
2.lakshmi vilas rasa 1-1 after meal twice a day 3.aarogya vardhini vati 1-1 after meal twice a day 4.haridrakhand 1 tsp with milk twice a day 5. shadbindu oil nasya 2-2 drops each nostril twice a day
