उच्च IgE लेवल (477.97) शरीर में एलर्जी, धूल-मिट्टी संवेदनशीलता, त्वचा रोग, अस्थमा, बार-बार छींक, साइनस या किसी परजीवी संक्रमण का संकेत हो सकता है। आयुर्वेद में इसे मुख्यतः कफ-पित्त विकृति एवं रक्तदूषिता से जुड़ा माना जाता है। केवल IgE कम करना लक्ष्य नहीं होता, बल्कि एलर्जी की जड़ को शांत करना आवश्यक होता है।
आयुर्वेदिक उपचार
हरिद्रा खंड – 1 चम्मच सुबह-शाम गुनगुने पानी/दूध के साथ
गुडूची (Giloy) घनवटी – 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार
सितोपलादि चूर्ण – 2–3 ग्राम शहद के साथ, यदि छींक/खांसी/एलर्जी हो
नीम या मंजिष्ठा – रक्तशोधन हेतु उपयोगी
यदि त्वचा में खुजली/चकत्ते हों तो खदिरारिष्ट लाभकारी हो सकता है
खान-पान एवं परहेज
ठंडी, बासी, दही, आइसक्रीम, ज्यादा मीठा और तला-भुना भोजन कम करें
धूल, धुआं, परफ्यूम, पालतू जानवरों के बाल आदि एलर्जी ट्रिगर से बचें
हल्दी, तुलसी, काली मिर्च, गिलोय का नियमित सेवन लाभकारी
रोज़ 20–30 मिनट प्राणायाम और हल्का व्यायाम करें
