Seeking Advice on Urticaria and Skin Allergy Treatment - #50640

I have consulted an ayurvedic doctor 5 Days ago for urticaria and sinus problem , the doctor prescribed few medicines And i have been taking those medications but my urticaria symptoms got more severe getting skin allergy All over the body and it is very itchy , what should I do in this situation.,do i need to stop taking these medications or do i need to continue please suggest
