Hi! I’m an assistant to the Ask Ayurveda doctors. I’ve carefully reviewed your question.
I will explain your symptoms through the Ayurvedic perspective so you understand what is happening in your body as a whole.
The appearance of rashes can be analyzed through the lens of Ayurveda by considering the doshas involved. Rashes often indicate an imbalance in Pitta dosha, which governs heat and transformation in the body. When Pitta is aggravated, it can manifest as inflammation, redness, and irritation on the skin. This might be triggered by certain foods, drinks, or substances that increase heat in the body, such as Krishna’s She Care Juice.
The locations of the rashes on your arms, armpit, and breast suggest a systemic reaction rather than a localized one, which aligns with an internal imbalance rather than an external irritant. The involvement of these areas points to a possible Pitta imbalance affecting the skin’s inner layers.
Ayurveda views this as a systemic issue, not just a skin problem. The reaction could be linked to your digestion, stress levels, and overall internal balance. An overload of Pitta could be exacerbated by weak digestion (Agni), leading to the accumulation of toxins (Ama) that manifest as skin issues.
To give doctors a precise and effective treatment plan, your answers to the questions below are essential. Without this information, the recommendations will be more general and less accurate.
Please answer each question as clearly as possible.
1. When did you first notice the rashes after starting the juice? Was it within a few hours, 1-2 days, or more than 2 days later? 2. How would you describe the rashes? Are they red and itchy, dry and flaky, or swollen and raised? 3. Have you experienced any other symptoms along with the rashes, such as itching, burning sensation, swelling in other areas, or fever? 4. Have you had any known allergies in the past to food, drinks, or environmental factors? 5. Are you currently taking any other medications or supplements besides the juice? 6. How is your overall digestive health? Do you experience occasional discomfort, frequent digestive problems, or chronic issues? 7. Have you made any other changes to your diet or lifestyle recently, such as starting a new diet or increasing physical activity?
Your detailed responses will greatly assist in understanding the root cause and providing a more tailored Ayurvedic recommendation.
