Doctors' responses

–Castor oil can help reduce pitta, but it shouldn’t be used regularly. It’s a strong cleansing oil. –For long-term pitta symptoms like allergies, mouth ulcers, and irritability — especially when triggered by stress — we focus more on calming the liver, cooling the system, and managing stress rather than daily castor oil. —Aushadhi 1) Avipattikar Churna – 3 g with warm water BD before meals 2) Guduchi Ghana Vati – 2 tabs BD after meals 3) SYP Livtone 2 tsf with equal amount of water after meal twice daily 4)Brahmi Vati – 1 tab HS 5) Castor oil – 1 tsp in warm milk Once in a weeks (only if needed) ---- Pathya Ghee (small daily amount) Coriander + fennel water Early sleep Stress reduction practices —Apathya Spicy, sour, fermented food Coffee Late nights Anger / overwork —Review after: 21 days
