-I would not recommend giving Triphala tablets routinely to your child, especially when: The urticaria has been present more than 6 months (chronic urticaria) It is food-allergy related Your child is already on allopathic medicines -Triphala is a strong herbal laxative and detox formula, not specifically meant for allergic hives It can cause stomach irritation, loose motions, dehydration. Follow - Rx: 1)Guduchi Ghana Vati 250 mg – 1 tab BD after food with lukewarm water 2)Haridra Khanda ½ teaspoon BD after food with warm milk or water 3)Khadira Syrup (child formulation, alcohol-free) 5 ml BD after food 4)Shatavari Syrup (optional, if burning/heat) 5 ml BD Duration: 4–6 weeks -Continue allopathic antihistamine as prescribed (do not stop) -Pathya (Do): Simple, fresh food Plenty of water Home-cooked diet Apathya (Avoid): Known trigger foods Spicy, fried, junk food Packaged/colored foods ❌ Triphala, detox herbs
