Area of specialization:
I am someone who’s always been drawn to root-cause healing, which is probably why I specialize in managing PCOD, menstrual disorders, gut issues, arthritis, gout n’ that whole complex mess of metabolic stuff too. My main tool is classical Ayurvedic medicine, but I kinda mix in a lot more—Panchakarma, daily habits, naturopathy, even skin care. All tied to what your body’s actually telling us, not just fixing outward things. I do treat a lot of GI stuff like bloating, acidity, IBS types, constipation (super common, no one likes talking abt it tho). And same with urinary probs—recurrent infections or sluggish kidneys, those can often connect back to dosha imbalances or digestion going off track. In every case, the protocol I build includes herbs, detox if needed, and lifestyle tweaks you can actually stick to. Also yeah—derma and cosmetic cases are close to my heart. Whether it’s acne, pigmentation, patchy hairfall or that general “I don’t feel like myself” skin, I offer consultations where I use Ayurvedic and natural stuff—no bleachy shortcuts. People are tired of chemical quick-fixes. I try to get them back to internal glow, not just surface. My goal’s to make your system feel more balanced & your healing journey a lil less overwhelming. I’m still learning every single day—but always with patient safety and long-term clarity in mind.
Achievements:
I am someone who really believe in deep, root-cause healing—not just quick patch-ups. In my clinic, I’ve treated people with all kinda issues, from gut probs to PCOD or anxiety-linked stuff, using authentic Ayurved therapies (no shortcuts!!). Every plan I do is kinda like custom-fitted—no two same. What makes me proud honestly is seeing how much ppl's quality of life changed just by sticking to real principles. That trust & result-driven approach really matter to me every day.

I am Dr. Akanksha Sharma, Ayurvedacharya by training & honestly forever a student of the skin and what goes underneath it too. My journey’s kinda unique—I got certified in Ayurved but later leaned into Medicinal Cosmetology + Nadi Vigyan bcz I always felt surface-level solutions were never enough, right? Like, you can’t just treat the skin without listening to what the rest of the body is trying to say. My real work happens at that point where modern skin issues meet classical Ayurveda. Hormonal acne, pigmentation that just keeps coming back, hair fall that doesn’t make sense even with good diet... I go deeper using Nadi Pariksha to figure out dosha shifts, subtle changes, internal triggers. I don’t believe in throwing the same cream or oil at everyone—each body speaks its own language, I just try to hear it properly. My patients mostly come in for things like premature ageing, oily or dry flaky skin, weird breakouts, stress rashes, dullness, even emotional burnout that shows on the face (yes that’s a real thing btw). And instead of just layering stuff on top, I work through herbal meds, internal rasayana, diet adjustments and detox plans... sometimes just changing a few habits actually does more than a whole course of meds. Preventive care is big for me. Like why wait till symptoms scream out loud?? I try to guide people into seasonal rhythms, small detoxes, maybe daily routines they can keep up with. Honestly it’s not about perfection, it’s about consistency. If you're dealing with skin flare-ups or just want to understand how your body n' mind are connected, I’d love to help. I won’t promise miracles or ten-day cures, but I will walk with you step by step... real healing takes time but it's worth it.
