Hello, I am glad you understand your body this well and is curious about the medicines. So abhayamrita is a little more potent carminative than abhayarishta because of its contents. Abhayamrita is stronger and may help with slow bowel movements and incomplete evacuation. Since you don’t have a gallbladder, it’s best to start gradually and watch for loose stools or discomfort. You can try it in small doses and continue lifestyle measures like warm water, light cooked foods, and gentle abdominal massage.
