Diet corrections - Light, easy-to-digest meals Moong dal, green gram khichadi with ghee Soft rice or rice gruel Warm water throughout the day Boiled vegetables: bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin, ash gourd Cumin–coriander–fennel (jeera–dhaniya–saunf) boiled water 1 tsp Gulkand after lunch for cooling Buttermilk with roasted jeera upma with vegetables (No poha) Cow’s ghee in small quantity Fresh fruits: pomegranate, ripe banana (daytime), papaya, sweet apple, coconut water Warm soups: vegetable / rice / moong Takra siddha with jeera for bloating / reflux Mild lemongrass + ginger tea for digestion Avoid all Pitta-aggravating & Gas-forming items like Tea, coffee, cold drinks, soda Spicy, oily, deep-fried food Pickles, vinegar, tomato, tamarind Curd at night Bakery food, maida, pizza, burgers Heavy pulses: chana, rajma, chole Fermented food: idli, dosa, bhatura Excess onion, garlic Heavy sweets, chocolate, Milk products Sour fruits: oranges, pineapple, kiwi Very cold water, fridge water Fast foods & packaged snacks Cheese, paneer (in excess), milk with meals Lifestyle modification - Eat meals on time, avoid late dinners Keep 3–4 hours gap between meals and sleep Slow walking after meals for 10–15 minutes Avoid fasting for long hours or overeating Maintain regular sleep: 10 PM–10:30 PM Anulom–Vilom Sheetali breathing Must Avoid - Skipping meals, late-night eating Sleeping immediately after meals Long fasting / starving Excess screen time at night Daytime sleeping Excess exposure to sun/heat Overthinking, stress, anger (increases Pitta) Medications - 1) Sutshekhar ras - 1 tab twice a day after food. 2) Mauktik Kamdudha - 1 tab twice a day after food. 3) Hingwashtak churna - 1/4 tsp twice a day just before meals. 4) Shankh vati - 1 tab twice a day after food. 5) Avipattikar churna - 1/4 tsp twice a day after food. 6) Amlapitta Mishran Syrup - 15 ml twice a day after food with water. Or (Amla+Shatavari+Yashtimadhu+kirattikt+musta churna combination.) Take these medications for 30 days and then follow up with the results.
