avoid spicy food and milk and milk produts tab .manjistha 2–0-2 tab livtone 1-0-1 tab hardira khand 1-0-1 after foods do nasya with cow ghee 2 drop each nostril 2 times day apply kumkumadi oil at night

thank you doctor but i used kukkuadi oil but i will get acne and pimples after the use of 3- 4 days .So, is there any other option avaialble .
