Seeking Relief for Upper Abdominal Pain and Indigestion - #51057

My age is 40, I have been suffering with upper abdomen pain after meals. Particularly left side of the upper abdomen to middle. Stomach heaviness, gastric discomfort, indigestion problem. Please suggest effective medicine for my problem.

If symptoms persist or worsen, we’ll need to do further tests to check for gastritis or ulcers. —Rx- 1) tab coolant 1 tab after meal twice daily 2) avipatikarchurn 1/2 tsf before meal twice daily with Luke warm water 3) trifla churn 1 tsf at night with Luke warm water –Dietary Advice: Light, easily digestible meals; avoid fried, spicy, and heavy foods Eat at regular intervals, avoid skipping meals Drink warm water, avoid cold drinks and aerated beverages Lifestyle: Avoid lying down immediately after meals Gentle walk for 10–15 minutes after food Stress management (meditation or deep breathing) —Follow-up: Review in 2 weeks
