Seeking Solutions for Thinning Breasts After Menopause - #51033

I’m 63 and post menopausal for 10+ years. Recently my breasts have been thinning or reducing in size. How can I bring them back to size? I have heard that fenugreek may help. I’d like to get details. Thanks!

Take Shatavari choorna 3 gm with milk warm twice daily. Better if you can boil  the choorna in 1 glass milk and 2 glasses of water and reduce the solution to 1 glass. It will act as a natural estrogen supplement
