Struggling with Chronic Digestive Issues and Weight Loss - #51429

I have digestive problem, severly underweight, 42.5 kg weight with height of 5'8 feet, I was underweight from very beginning like 8 years ago and have constipation problem from last 8 years,never feelsatisfied after coming from washroom, I have to visit washroom more than thrice and most of the time come without passing stool, always fell urge to pass stool, even if I take laxative, include fiber rich food which leads to more passage of stool but still after after that pressure is still there so sometimes it's hard to pass stool, sometimes I pass more stool which happen once in a week but always I feel urge to pass stool, And currently I am facing indigestion, bloating, heartburn after every meal, loss in Appetite, these symptoms are there from last 7 months, earlier there were also symptoms of antral gastrits,taking allopathic medicines- pantosec d , digestive syrups, digene antacid regularly

hi. You need to start Gandharvahastadi kashayam twice daily before food, 15 ml mixed with 60 ml lukewarm water. This will improve your digestion and help with bowel movements. If your appetite is really good, start taking sukumara ghrtam 20 gm every morning. Take Chitrakadi vati 2 tab before food. if your stool is not passing well after taking these medications please reach out. i need to take better history and go through all your reports
