i have psoriasis in my right leg last 10 monthsitching is gone by using of aloevera gel can I suggest some food guid

Avoid vata and kapha irritating foods like rice, banana, coconut,seetaphal,bhindi,pea,brinjal, pumpkin,chana,tomato dahi etc Avoid taking achar papad heavily salted foods, processed food etc Take 10 gm mahatiktaka ghrta on empty stomach every morning accompanied by water boiled with dry ginger

HELLO, Psoriasis is an autoimmune inflammatory skin condition. From an Ayurvedic view, it is often correlated with Kitibha/Eka-kushta, mainly involving vata + kapha imbalace with impure Blood Since you mentioned moderate patches for 10 months and itching improved with aloe vera , that’s good sign AYURVEDIC DIET PLAN -old rice, barley, wheat -moong dal= light and anti inflammatory -boiled vegetbles= bottle gourd , ridge gourd , bitter gourd, pumpkin -leafy greens -turmeric +black pepper in cooking -neem leaves very small quantity once or twice weekly -amla daily 1 fruit or 1 tsp powder -warm water throughout the day -1 tsp cow ghee daily AVOID STRCITLY -curd especially at night -fish + milk combination -excess red meat -pickles, bakery items -cold drinks, ice cream -alcohol and smoking major triggers In Ayurveda, psoriasis worsens with Viruddha Ahara (incompatible foods) like milk + salty foods, fruit+ milk, fish+dairy HOME REMEDIES 1)BLOOD PURIFICATION SUPPORT -MAHAMANJISTHADI KASHAYA= 20ml + equal water twice daily after meals -neem + amla juice 20 ml morning empty stomach 2) DIGESTION CORRECTION Psoriasis improves when digestion is balanced -1/2 tsp Triphala powder at night with warm water -avoid overeating 3) EXTERNAL CARE -continue Aloe vera gel -Coconut oil + pinch turmeric apply locally -avoid harsh soaps LIFESTYLE ADVICE -sleep before 10:30 pm -avoid daytime sleeping -practice pranayam especially anulom vilom -reduce stress stress directly worsens psoriasis Psoriasis is chronic and autoimmune. Avoid sour,salty, fermented, bakery products and packed foods. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Regular exercise and meditation.

Hello dear, For moderate psoriasis- avoid 1.milk products except ghee . You can apply ghee to your patches it works great. 2. Sour , salty like papad , achar , and sugary sweet products like mithai or chocolate. Have light meals and have early dinner to digest all the meals. Dont take stress, start meditating. Stress is one of the main culprit

Yes You need to avoid spicy sour fermented foods processed and junk foods Take steamed vegetables fruits plenty of fluids Avoid milk and milk products except buttermilk and cow ghee Rest all you can take as per your choice But do not take non veg can take egg daily Chew neem leaves daily Alovera juice 10 ml daily and Giloy juice 10 ml morning daily
